Sue Hellyer

President & Chief Executive Officer

Sue co-founded Balch Logistics with Mark in 2006 and became CEO in 2008. She leads company growth strategy, client relationships and brand vision, with an emphasis on a high-touch client experience and tailored vehicle transport solutions.

Her background includes executive management, brand development, and financial and investment advising with organizations including Nordstrom and Morgan Stanley. She has also served on the Board of Directors of Flags for Fallen Vets as Executive Vice President.

Mark Balch

Executive Vice President & Chief Operations Officer

Mark co-founded Balch Logistics in 2006 and oversees operations, finance and information technology. He focuses on process design, systems improvement and operational efficiency across the company.

Mark holds a degree in Business Analysis from Texas A&M University and brings more than two decades of leadership experience across multiple industries. His operating philosophy is to design systems through the eyes of the client while maintaining strong working relationships with motor carriers.
